Application to remove disqualification

If you've been disqualified for 3 years or more it is possible to apply for the ban to be lifted after two in some circumstances. My experience is that these applications need to be approached with great care but can be successful with proper preparation and planning.


I recently represented a man who had been banned for 5 years. I applied to the court to have the ban lifted - it was really hard work.  I had to apply to the Crown Court before a Circuit Judge who was very reluctant but the case we put forward was a good one and the court allowed the ban to be lifted straight away - another satisfied client!
